    Do you weigh yourself everyday?

    once a week for me - I sometimes weigh myself midweek if I've been naughty but it doesn't bother me if I've stalled or put a pound on because each week it has been an overall loss apart from when I went away

    day 3 of cruise - another 2lb dropped

    Don't worry - I've had a few wobbles - had a bag of crisps one day, had 2 jaffa cakes one day, had one of Joe's home made chocolate buns another day and I've lost weight every week - ableit only 1.6lbs last week when I had 2 of Saf's onion bhajis at Helen's birthday buffet Ewa x
