    Thanks ladies :) That is a good idea to make sure I have good snacks around, good flavours too, things that are really enjoyable to eat without being high fat / sugar. I think the first couple weeks I was snacking on mango, strawberries, cherries, pickled cucumber and ham but I haven't bothered...
