    The one type of veg I can't stand is potatoe with its skin on, hence having it as HEB isn't an option for me. I tried that the other week and was nearly sick because I really do hate potatoe skin so much! :D

    Thanks everyone, the support means a lot. I guess I'm also thinking to the long term, ie maintaining and I'm pretty sure that SW won't work for me then, because I'll want to eat normal healthy meals and not have to keep carbs and protein separate.     I have a two fingered kitkat every night to try and keep me sane and keep those cravings at bay. Only 5.5 syns which is why I chose it as its the lowest syned choc that I like.

    I voted for some exercise and entering the supermarket as a brand. I know the exercise thing won't be possible because of public liability insurance, it would mean the classes cost would have to go up to cover insurance and to hire an exercise instructor for each area.

    Weigh in rituals

    I do a red day on weigh in day, although my lunches are nearly always neutral every day. I don't eat dinner until afterwards sometimes as well and I drink more water in a vain effort to flush everything out! Oh and I wear the exact same clothes each week and they are light clothes.

    Maybe lots of super free foods as snacks. I am convinced that switching to super free fruits instead of grapes and bananas has meant that I managed to stay the same rather than gain this week. I've got loads of water retention and had a bad weekend food wise too!
