    Snacks mini sw quiches

    Just made these so I thought Id share...tottally free...courgettes, red pepper, onion, mushrooms, coriander, mixed herbs and 3eggs. I just poured them straight into a cupcake tin. I much prefer them to the big sw quiche made with cottage cheese/quark :-)

    I don't usually do red days but my mum bought me a massive bag of chicken fillets from m&s, and I don't seem to lose much on ee. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for an alternative to rice/noodles when doing a stir fry as the syns are quite high for a small portion?

    Sainsbury's have princes tinned toms/chickpeas 4 for £1 mix and match. Same for Tesco's with East End brand. Both supermarkets also have branston baked beans 4 pack for 1.27

    It wasn't very nice! I added in some philly to make it more creamy but it just ended up split and dry and tasted nothing like carbonara!! Loaded it with grated cheese to make it a bit better and used up all my syns!
