Ad a bit of a shock when my daughter, (aged 12, 5ft 5in size 8/10) got her tea tonight. 2, yes 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries and a milkshake. 1850 calories!!!! How can this child NOT be overweight? There is no justice in the world.

Thanks Shivie. I don't set goals as I beat myself up if I don't reach them. On this diet you can't really do any more than stick to it. I think it's the thought of the next 5 months with just 3 flavours of shakes. Maybe Cambridge is the answer.

I'm in the middle of week 5 too. I don't feel like you do, but I can't stop thinking about what I'm going to eat to maintain my weight loss when I finish this diet. Only problem is, I still have 5 stones to go.

I tried curry powder in the chicken soup. Made it a bit more edible. I've just added nutmeg to my vanilla shake for lunch and warmed it up. It was like rice pudding. Mmmm...

I had my second weigh in today. I lost another 7ibs. I am absolutely stunned. I only expected 3 or 4 max this week. I've already gone from a tight size 24 to a comfortable 22. I'm (as you can imagine) overjoyed. :D . 18 ibs in 2 weeks. As the kids say. OMG!!! :D
