    What about Tarragon Chicken... Pan fry mushrooms and garlic untill cooked, add veg stock. reduce by 1/3rd add 50g extra light philly and stir. sprinkle chopped tarragon and serve poured over chicken with steamed veg.

    1) did couch to 5km session- 2) met dad during my lunch hour and instead of eating as I used To do. Waiting and had a salad after 3) had two comments on how well I'm Doing. Feel great! So much more energy.
