    I find I am not as satisfied on green days. I tend to eat all day. Red days seem to curb my appetite but are trickier with a young family to feed. I trend to mix my days depending on what my plans are.

    Protein will certainly help. It reduces your appetite and helps keep your blood sugar stable too. I am night eater too. I tend to save my syns and have an extra something if I really need it.

    Venison is a really lean meat so you should be fine. In fact I think it is a free food on red or EE. I like mine with boiled potatoes and salad but you could make a stew or goulash which are also delicious.

    Sainsburys have the Mullerlight 6 packs at half price and a pack of chicken drumsticks and thighs (8 pieces) for £2. I removed the skin from them and made the one pot roast chicken from the magazine and the chicken and bacon hot pot. Yummy.

    Yep. Me too. I find that if I write down EVERYTHING I eat that it helps me stay in control. It also keeps me motivated so I see good results on the scales and that in turn keeps me going. A positive cycle rather than a negative eat - binge - guilt - binge one.

    New to SW here and Extra Easy help.

    The superfree foods are filling and that is why SW insist on 1/3 of your meal being these. Your menu looks good although as pp pointed out you only get ONE HEA and HEB on Extra Easy. Enjoy the plan and trust the science. I have lost 23lbs so far on this plan. It works.

    Thanks so much ladies. I took a bag of chicken brest and a tub of cottage cheese. I also has a boiled egg. To my horror it was a bring and share lunch with all manner of goodies both sweet and savoury but I managed to resist and stck to my lunch.

    Have you seen your doctor? You could try doing 5 pv days and pv on mondays and thursdays. I read that in the book. You would lose a little more slowly but you would still lose.
