    Honestly...I've gone between 17 st 7 and 23 st in the past 7 years. By far the most stable, consistent and easy to to stick to I have ever done is what I'm doing at the mo...just eating less, moving more.! I wish I could have worked that out 10 years ago when I was just 1 stone overweight...

    That sounds good...i might have to try it!! I tend to do one of the m and s salads, but i make an awesome little stew from 5 new potatoes, 2 carrots, an onion and some quorn chicken pieces and then add a stock cube and a little veg gravy...it's really filling x

    Pi wouldn't worry at all about it! It's no biggie! But FYI.....the cuppa soups tend to have 70-159 kcals in them....m and s fresh soups are way more filling and are 70-100 kcals for a cup of fresh lovleyness.....chunks and all! X
