    I think what they mean is that with a juice, you could use a huge amount of fruit to produce it, and therefore consume a lot more than if you were have a smoothie, as if you put more than a few fruits in it, it would be so thick as to be undrinkable, so you are automatically limiting your intake...

    I still use some of my old ww cookbooks, as far as I know there's no direct way to convert points to pp, but it's easy and quick enough to work out the points line by line and write them up in pencil on the recipe. You could sit down and write up all your faves in an hour or so, max !
