I have a tub of 420g Asda wafer thin cooked chicken and just eaten about 4 slices. is it free??? Hope so!!!

I don't limit I just stop because I just cant face any more :D I usualy snack on bananas when peckish and only really eat eggs with eather my breakfast or dinner :) Emily xx

Hi all! I have just started slimming world yesterday in time for my wedding day. I have had a baby and since then watched my clothes get bigger and bigger. So iv decided enough is enough, regain confidence and look fab for my day. If any one has any advice for slimming world as
