I get bored very easily and generally turn to food! :( but on SW that is ok!! there is so many foods you can eat without a single worry ! fruit, veg, met, pasta, rice...... (you get a book with lists in etc ) ooh and muller light...

    Trying this now! but added the seeds of a vanilla pod and will put some nutmeg in :) anyone know is vnilla pod is free?? made it - DELICIOUS ....... but i made it in mocrowave... then put in oven to make it slightly brown on top!!

    thats fine!! i actually had the same dinner tonight! :) was yummy !!! free foods areexactly that - FREE i know some member says that you need to still be cautious etc of portion control but i find i eat a lot of free food as i tend to want to eat a lot as dont have much else to do with my time...

    Thank you, nice to hear from someone who has done really well on the diet ! will carry on how i am then... i, like you tend to use my syns with my meals... mainly with ketchup, mayonnaise and salad cream... ( i love my sauces too much) or a chinese!!haha thank you for advice!! x

    OMG - I have made a big boo boo

    oh no! i done the same thing this week..... i thought i had been eating my chinese takeaway within my syns as it states sweet and sour chicken is 8.5 syns or something so i have been eating that with chicken chow mein and plain rice.... till i read the book again and it states that BATTERED...
