    Weigh before cooking and it's 1PP per 50grams, so a 200g potato is 4PP, a 300g is 6PP and so on.....:)

    Am I using my pro points correctly?

    My leader says "use'em or lose 'em" I use all my dailies, all my weeklies and sometimes some of my exercise points as well and I've lost every week since I started :) I would say use all your points, try to vary your food as much as possible and track, track, track!!!

    Breakfast ideas

    How about a WW cappuchino (1) and a cereal bar? Most cereal bars are 2 or 3 PP and with the cappuchino they fill me up.

    Christmas

    I did SW for a year and last 1 stone in that time. Since I switched to WW I've lost 16lbs in 8 weeks :bliss:I love the ProPoints plan!     Non-Scale Victories

    Last weekend I bought some size 14's jeans - I was an 18 :) then this morning someone at work said 'oh you can squeeze through there, you're lovely and slim!' I was sooooooo pleased :bliss:

    As far as I know it's free, I never point it. I't basically cabbage, vinegar and spices so it should be free.

    monday morning at home weigh in

    Silly me forgot to post my weigh in this week :silly: I was shocked to have lost 0.5lb seeing as how I have been almost totally off plan this week :eatdrink012: I'm pretty sure it will come back and bite me on the b*m next week :break_diet: Ah well..........another fresh start!
