    I shouldn't worry too much about the fudge, it's only a few more syns than your daily allowance and you'll probably find that if you look at your syns over the week you've got a few spare to cover it. Good luck at WI x

    When I did SW the first time I did red/green days (mostly green) then changed to EE but didn't really lose that much so now I'm just doing green days as I know that will give me good loses (hopefully). Theres no right or wrong do whichever suits you best x

    My advice for the first week would be to definetly keep your food diary up to date, drink plenty, read the plan, remember to eat lots of superfree foods and make sure you eat lots - you'll be amazed how much weight you can lose even when you feel you've eaten like a pig!! Good luck x x

    A tip for camping ( i usually do green days) take lots of tins of baked beans, potatoes to chuck by the camp fire, mug shots, pasta'n'sauces, alpen bars/hifi bars etc

    Food diary looks yummy so far. I agree about the syns 5-15 is recommended but I wouldn't force yourself to eat them if you're not hungry. My old consultant did say that you could do weekly syns max 105 over the week (although she did state this isn't SW guidlines!) it's whatever works for you...
