    keeping up the good work too with a long walk, made a big picnic for the kids but done myself a salad and a bag of carrot and celery sticks and tbsp of Extra Light Philli to dunk in and skinless chicken drumsticks. I WILLLLLLLL be wearing my nice jeans again when we go away in November haha !

    My change of group is working - yay !

    I went back to the original consultant I have lost well with twice before ( and then stopped going at target - naughty) and in just 2 weeks Im SO back in the SW Zone, got slimmer of the week and have lost 4lbs already. SOO happy I changed. This site is a huge help too, coming on here every day...

    what else have u tried ? The curry I do is the Classic Chicken curry and its really tasty. Ive kind of altered the recipe as Ive done it more and more but really like it. The lamb koftas are sooo good, I dont bother with the breadcrumbs though x

    Got friends over tomorrow for tea, my friend is also on SW. Ive made from the curry heaven book, tandoori chicken drumsticks, lamb koftas, Thai crab cakes and chicken curry. I have made these all before so added a few twists but it all smells sooo yummy and will taste even better after...

    Two of the times I put the weight back on was through getting pregnant but i was soon back at class. I know my problem with maintaining is as I stop going when Im at target so thats my own fault.     Ive had 4 consultants - 2 were ex members who lost and maintained and felt inspired to start their own group, both were about a size 12 and looked great. 1 is in it ( IMO ) for the business side rather than the inspirational side, didnt stay there long. the 4th is the one ive ALWAYS lost weight...
