Just wanted to say hi! Love your Thread! I am a vegetarian so can totally relate.
Today is day one, I finally feel in the right frame if mind to lose weight - I am determined.
I am taking it one day at a time, and day one has been good!

Hello I am new too, I don't understand the healthy extras A & B sections either.
I am doing green days as I find this best for me as I am a vegetarian but I have the green "B" list but can't find the "A" list.
Very confused!
