    DOING SW FROM HOME???

I'm restarting SW but going to try it at home. I went to group following a 12 week GP referral and lost 2 stones, but when I stopped going, I found them again ! I'm pretty outgoing so going to the group and being weighed was a bit of a motivation for me, but I wasn't over keen on staying, hence...

    New Here

Hi all, I've been going to a group after asking my GP to refer me. My referral is coming to an end and I've lost nearly 2 stones. In the last month, I haven't really lost anything, as I've lost 2lbs one week and then gained the following - that's how it has been for the last month! I'm now...

New starter to Exante, buddies please

Week 2 loss for me is only 3lbs - a little disappointed, although i appreciate that the average is going to be around 3lbs per week. On the bright side, in 2 weeks that's 13lbs for me, and 10lbs each for my wife and daughter. We're planning to go with the meal option in week 5.

The bars and shakes are yuck!!

Hi I only started 8 days ago, haven't had a shake yet, been having soups. My wife is having shakes and she adds coffee to the vanilla and banana ones and says they're lovely. I think she adds a sweetener as well. She more often has them hot. I bought some Tesco meal replacement bars...

New starter to Exante, buddies please

Thanks Kel and Lizzy, Certainly keeps the motivation going to see the losses, although I'm prepared for them to slow down. Just need to keep plugging on! My youngest daughter, who doesn't need to lose weight thinks it's hilarious that we're having soups/shakes/bars while she tucks into her...

New starter to Exante, buddies please

Week 1 gone, lost 10lbs, happy with that. My wife (Liz) lost 7.5lbs, she is happy as well and my 18 yr old daughter (Alex) also lost 6lbs. Almost 12 bags of sugar between us ! We've been having skimmed milk in tea and coffee, as we can't drink it without. I've also had the odd tomato here...

    bullion

Bought some Bouillon at Tesco today. Boiled 400ml of water, added 2 teaspoons bouillon, half a teaspoon of lazy garlic, a quarter of a teaspoon of lazy chilli and a mushroom soup mix. If I had been served that in a restaurant, I would have been very happy, it was really nice. I'm only on day...

    New 100 days of 100%

Day 4 for me today. Not too bad so far, although sometimes I struggle a bit with the soups. Veg is my favourite, with just a touch of pepper, Mushroom not too bad, Tomato a bit iffy, I add some Tabasco which helps. The first Chicken I made up went down the sink because of the lumps, but I've...

New starter to Exante, buddies please

I found it good. Had a mushroom soup, which was nice, without too much doctoring, tried a chicken but put that down the sink and had a tomato which wasn't too bad with the addition of salt and pepper, garlic and paprika ! I also had a bar, not Exante, but from a well-known supermarket, same...
