Theres a thread in the recipe section,l only go on Minimins on my phone though,so don't know if its any different though, anyway theres a few different variations, l use diet coke and equal quantity of passatta, l whizz up a couple of onions chilli garlic,chinese seasoning,bit of ginger,paprika...

I use a tub of cottage cheese beaten with an egg a nice topping when l make Moussaka :-)

Forgot to say, Ive always cooked it uncovered :-)

I make this often when Im on a red day, Its Great when my oh is having rice o chips (although he now prefers sw chips) I just use a hand grater to grate a cereal bowl full,two mins in the microwave and its done, dont mind not having "real rice" at all :-) and save HexB n syns for other things ...

Got one of these in the freezer and can't find it in my book, its from the Extra Special range of chilled ready meals, Wondered if l could use it on a red day ? It looks ok apart from 7% cannellini beans :-)

I love this recipe, l used a red pepper with the skin on unroasted And added some yellow n red jalapenos and a sprinkle of cumin too. Omitted the fromage frais as didn't have any,its in the fridge ready for green day tomorrow,goin to have it with a jacket potato n salad :-) tastes lush already n...

Magic porridge followed by 50 mins on the Wii fit :-) Wish it would stop saying Im unbalanced though !! On a Good note It said lve lost 8lb since l started on it and sw ten days ago :-)
