    I done it a couple of years back too before a 10k race then afterwards let it slip because winter set in. Hoping to get out tomorrow to do week 3 day 2 and I've ordered a jogging leash so I can take my dog with me. Would be quite happy just getting my fitness to 5k again then maintaining that.

    Hi Dan, That's exactly what I do! I WI on a Wednesday but renew my weeklies on a Monday. I tend to only dip into my weeklies for a few points during the week so I know exactly what I have as treats at the weekend. I've nearly lost 3stone so it works for me. Good Luck! :D

    Distored body image

    I'm already nearly at goal and still feeling like this. Have started picking up the right clothes size in shops and I know they fit me but in my mind I don't see much of a difference at all but I'm sure it will get there. Well done so far x

    That's my problem too making sure I don't get bored. I got a cheap stationary bike off eBay so no danger of cars and can watch tv while doin it lol x

    I've been skipping using a skipping rope, doing ab crunches, cycling and doing the hula hoop and boxing on the wii fit, simple but seems to be working for me x

    Mines is far from flat just that angle hid it a bit better but I've been trying to up my exercise to help. It's my legs that haven't shrunk at all. I look better up top than below x

    I've done weight watchers since July 2011 and have lost nearly 4 stone. Clearing out my old clothes today and found a pair of trousers with the labels still on in a size 16 that i bought last year and I'm standing in them wearing size 10 trousers :D
