    Try not too worry too much, it took me to lose 3 stone before I dropped a dress size, before I switched to slim n save my CDC told me to think of it as peeling the layers of an onion off you have to take a ton of layers off before you see/ notice anything!     Unfortunately yes it does! I usually stay the same when I'm due on but then the week after I used to drop 9lbs... Until I lost 5 stone and then it dropped down to 7lbs!     I think the general rule is a no- no as the sweeteners supposedly take you out of ketosis but since day one I've always had a Pepsi max and I've still managed to shift 9 stone but I'd say leave the drinks out for a few weeks or so until you're in ketosis to be on the safe side! :D

    With the amount of sugar in them of course they do! I prefer the malt/ soft ones as the toffee one tastes like a finger of fudge, the choc orange one is almost like a Terry's choc orange! The lemon one is like lemon cheese cake too! Not really tried the crunchy ones though so can't help you there!

    So not worth it! It'll knock you out of ketosis and make you very ill... Even one drink is out of the question! Wayyy back on week 8 I had my drink spiked with vodka and I only had a sip but gah I was so ill and was thrown out if ketosis! Bad times!
