    I bought some scales the other day and i have to admit the amount i was putting on my plate and the amount i said i was eating was way different so maybe next week when my portions are right i may loose wieght thankyou.x

    I'm always under my calorie goal and am doing excersize at least 4 times a week and I am just not loosing! It's so frustrating :( This is more of a moan really but if anybody could help me out or give me any tips on why I'm not loosing would be nice.

    My wiegh in day is Friday morning before i have my breakfast. I do it fridayy cos i tend to have a little splurge on a saturday so it gives me a full week then to get myself back on track and it not effect my weight as much.Whens yours? And yess i use MFP i would die without it! Its a big life...

    Foods that are low in calories

    I love eating alpen lights, they make you feel like your having a treat, when there only 70 cals. Also if im in a rush on a morning i have 2 of them on the go where as before i would have probs stocked up on biscuits with my tea or a glass of milk. so 140 cals for 2 isnt that bad. x
