    You say you weren't bothered by carbs when on attack, so maybe you should try doing 2 or 3 days PP then PV instead of just day about? I am still on attack so I have no experience of PV days yet, but couldn't do any harm to see if your cravings lessen?

    Well I've had a look at the info for both exante and slimfast. They are very similar but SF has slightly higher carbs, so if you are sensitive something to watch out for. SF also say they contain a third of your RDA of vitamins, so going by that I'd say they're ok. I'm no expert though!:)

    Am I being daft? Carbs affect ketosis, if you're in ketosis then you are burning fat. Surely if you are burning fat then you are losing weight? So coming out of ketosis is going to affect your weight loss???
