    Yogurts? Which do people eat?

I love plain yoghurt as I love the bitterness of it. I can understand why some don't like it though! I make my own yoghurt with the Lakeland yoghurt maker. I find I can eat loads of it without stalling because all that goes into it is skimmed milk.

I eat my yoghurt frozen decanted into small pots about an inch thick of yoghurt. I probably eat about 10 of these a day made with different sweeteners and flavourings and it feels like a real treat especially in this weather. but probably only adds up to about 300g of dairy.

How many eggs can one have per day on each of the PP and PV days?

I couldn't do it. Omelettes, quiches and 'eggy' stir fries make up the large majority of my diet. I even eat porridge for breakfast to save my egg allowance for later! I'm not too worried though. I think I'm right in saying last summer the official line on eggs was not more than 3 yolks a day...

    Cruise PV low fat/sugar cocoa!!?

Yes that's the one I got. It's really tasty. Not as bitter as other cocoa powders. I've been adding it to my home made yoghurt and might try some other dessert recipes out when my sweet tooth strikes. :)

    Cruise PV low fat/sugar cocoa!!?

I just found it in my local store too. It's not even a particularly large store. £1.29 a box and worth every penny.

    Attack Attack stage started yesterday.

10 days seems like a very long attack. Is that what the dr recommended on the website? Well done on your fab loss so far :)

    Whats the Damage?

13lb :o:o:o But that was spread over the whole of December...oops! Lost 8lb of that already. Happy new year to you too :)

    Attack Muller light

Like with most advice on this forum, although it is based on the experience of the majority, it is worth experimenting yourself so at least then you can make an informed decision. :)
  135. willbefabulousat26

    Attack Muller light

Try them and if they don't stall you then fine. Otherwise Total % or making your own yoghurt is recommended. Everyone reacts differently to dairy. It also depends how many a week you will be eating. I eat yoghurt with every meal therefore definitely couldn't get away with mullers.

Goodluck ice queen. It's a great diet and the instant results are what keep you motivated. I enjoy eating this way so much now I can't imagine going back to how I ate before even on WW and SW where I seemed to eat a lot of processed foods. Stick with it and I promise you will reap the rewards x

In the book the Dr says you can eat at any time of day provided you are not full. My exception is if its a food that is particularly salty I won't eat that in the evening as it always causes a little gain the next day. The other day I came in from the pub at about 12.30am (I was on diet...
