    Lesson Learnt - Junk and cravings

    I had a bad week with chocolate etc last week, and I feel like I am going cold turkey this week. Never been like this before so definately learnt my lesson! In the past if I fancied chocolate I used to have a glass of milk (whatever is left from my HexA), always seems to help!
