    Surprisingly no gain, half a pound loss. Really deserved a gain tho. Am going to really stick to it this week and plenty of walking too. Have a three pound target for next week, am going to cook tomorrow so will have meals prepared for the week.

    Hi i have kept a food diary, and started a diary on here, i feel i bit silly writing it tho. It normally goes wrong by have a bar of chocolate or packet of crisps then it escalates into a complete car crash and binge.
