Totally up to you but I sometimes do a couple off pp day when I slip up...but u have just come off attack so depends if u can handle it or not if your really bored go to pv! As far as I know thats fine, you can have up to 1kg of dairy products a day so you're fine!
Don't weigh in the afternoon! Always weigh forst thing in the morning after you've been to the loo and before u eat or drink anything I bet you'll be 3lbs lighter if you do that!

I'm not sure what happened exactly but I think he left going to the dentist long overdue he's got a bit of a phobia, so they could probably have been saved but brushing too hard was definitely what caused the problems!
I often get this but it's not dukan related its been happening for years, not sure why but the dentist says everything's fine. Perhaps ur just brushing too hard be careful my mums boyfriend had to get false teeth at 47 just from brushing too hard!

I take it to mean per serving eg 250ml which is what most drinks bottles list a serving as, so both of those would be too high. I've gotten diet lemonade from morrisons which is 1 cal per 250ml glass

Hi all quick question: has anyone done dukan during pregnancy? Im not pregnant but I am trying for a baby, the dukan website says it's safe it just seems to me that cutting out whole food groups can't be good for the baby? I'd love to lose weight before getting pregnant and eat healthily...

Hi lydzjos I'm finding it really east too, I am getting sugar cravings but I ease them with either diet Cole or some yoghurt with sweetener. It's hard thinking of quick snacks to have tho other than yogurt, things u can pick at.

Just wondered if everyone does the daily walk and if you don't, has it affected the results? I've been doing what I can but with a 3 year old son and not many babysitters it's gonna be hard to fit it in every day
