    wouldn't worry too much about eating when feeling ill. remember there are more weeks/days in front of you and it all works out in the end. get better first, even small gains will go once you are on top of it all again. hope you feel better soon and the pain eases. have trouble with joints/back...

    Question about milk and drinks in general?

    pour out a pint of milk and pp it from dailies then use over day in your drinks. any left at the end of day just drink it off. you could always cut down to half a pint if pint is too much. i use sugar free squash in fizzy water as i find the fizzy a bit more filling but have still water too...
