    Well done to everyone who has lost so far. Lost another 1lb when I weighed on Fri- so total this month so far is 2 lb (but I need to stop weighing twice a week!)

    Exercise

    I'm finding running three times a week is really helping. I've started slow & alternated walking & running, but I'm up to 30 mins each session now & enjoying it (as long as I have my Ipod on). I would like to go swimming too but not ready for a swimsuit yet!!

    I definitely started off slow. I was hitting about a pound loss every 10 days or so, so sometimes my weekly weigh-in at home showed nothing. I took up running at the same time so did wonder if it was fat converting to muscle & weighing more etc. I was disappointed not to be losing more. But now...
