    That's brilliant... at least now you know you are burning the fat again!!... One little blip doesn't make that much difference and am so glad you got back on the plan quickly... it shows good sense and determination ... Support is essential for this type of weight loss and you certainly find it...

    SS+ is the same as SS but with an added meal... only a small one though that you can see in your book... So you will have on the 4th week.. 3 shakes and say 4oz Cottage Cheese.. low fat and some celery or veggies but only 2 tblspns... I think I have that right but am sure someone will put me...
