    The chocolate and coconut one good. Wouldn't freeze it completely. Let it freeze a bit and give it a good stir. If freeze completely will be a bit icy. Just finished my chocolate and coconut one.

    Yes that is so me. Only lose a little 1/2 to a 1lb a week. Just keep my head down and plodding on. Hope to get the 3 stone off by Christmas - but maybe not. Never see the point of goals as can only do what I am doing. If that makes sense?

    oh I weigh my self about 4 times a day. Was washing my hands in a patients house and nearly stood on their scales out of habit!! Did read that frequent weighing keeps weight off but think mine is a bit excessive! Still I have the good fortune to forget what the last one was.

    The tinned M&S beef casserole is syn free. I haven't tried it or seen what it looks like but plan to buy a few tins to keep in my bag for 'on call'. Batchelors super noodles fat free are free. Handy for emergencies. Can add chicken and/or chopped veg to them as well.

    Help - broken hob

    Why not do a pile of roasted veg? Potatoes, courgettes, carrots, butternut squash, aubergines,peppers, anything really chopped up. Add some chicken thighs (skin off) and spray with frylight. This is my 'can't think what to make'. Cook about 200 C 40-60 mins. Hope hob fixed soon.
