Start on 1350 if your exercising? But if u have a baby will u be able to? im thinking about joining Rosemary conley class for the support and weekly weigh in's also the fitness session but my starting amount is 1000 a day :) with exercise. x

Hello chick please be very careful of any foods that are not listed in your cwp booklet. Sauces are not allowed they all have hidden salts/ sugars/ carbs that can easily knock u out of ketosis..! Just not worth doing really? But up to u of course :) :) lol from experince once u start tweaking...
