    Quick one!

Hiya A lot of the weight watchers soups are less that 100 for the can, and much nicer than a cup a soup! Could be an idea for one of your snacks?! Good luck x

    Replacing a shake

Hiya! Does anyone regularly replace a shake with something similar/lower calorie content as one of the shakes? I'd like to replace my lunchtime shake with oats so simple made with water (it comes in at around 130 calories) because it fills me up a bit more! Thanks x

Hi im new to SF :)

Hi all! The WW soups are made by Heinz, which is why they're so tasty! I've had a terrible couple of days, but determined to get back on the diet wagon! My friends been staying for a few days and he can eat a lot! (But of course he never puts on an ounce!) Glad to see everyone's doing...

    Harvester

Hi all! Just wanted to let you know that I went to Harvester today for dinner and it was amazing! Everything on the menu has the calorie value next to it, allowing you to make an informed choice and nothing seemed OTT high in calories! I had chicken and chorizo skewers for 460 calories (I...

    Confusion over jelly!!??

With the powder sachet, is it 10 cals for the whole amount it makes, or is that per portion? That's pretty good either way! I agree with above, Use diet lemonade and add the very few calories to the amount in the jelly - it won't be many! Let us know how it comes out! X

    1st day

Hi Lou! I'm a newbie too, only started on Sunday! The key is being organised - make sure there's always enough milk for shakes, low cal snacks in the cupboard, your handbag, at work etc so you can't be tempted by anything else and you'll be fine! Like the above post, I don't drink coffee or...

    less to loose

I'm looking to lose about a stone/drop a dress size, but will reassess when I get there. Think it can be done on any diet, and especially on slim fast because it's so simple! With less to lose you might see that your first few losses aren't huge numbers because you probably don't have as much...

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a little advice on the snacking side of things.. Does anyone use their 100 cal snack allowances for naughty treats - for example small chocolates, snack a jacks etc? I'm only a couple of days in to starting, although I did try in the past for a week or so! I'm...

    Hi, I'm new to SF

Hi, sorry to interrupt.. But weight watchers soups are less than 100 calories, so can be used as one of your 'snacks' - and Heinz vegetable and minestrone squeeze and stir sachets are both under 100 as well (plus they are really nice - much nicer that cup a soup!) Hope it helps, and good luck...

Hi everyone Im thinking of replacing 1 shake a day with a meal of similar calorie content (I saw someone on here mention this once, although can't remember who! Sorry!) Has anyone done this on a long term basis, rather than just on the odd occasion? I'm worried that because I'm only 2 weeks...

    Newbie?

I can strongly recommend the tesco ultra slim shakes - although that is my opinion of course! They are thick, creamy and very tasty - that goes for the powder and the ready made shakes. Reasonably priced in comparison to SF as well - powder tins are less than £4 and the ready made are 88p or 3...

Hi Mia_angel I've just read your post about trying another brand of shakes etc because SF is expensive - I totally agree! I've been using the Tesco Ultraslim - the powders are less than £4 and really nice and the ready made cartons are 3 for £2 (also very nice!) For my snacks at work or if...

Starting Slimfast - Some advice please!!

Hi cics I only started on monday, but have found having things like pasta and chicken or rice and veg for the main meal helps as it's quite filling.
