    I've set mine at 10st, I'm 5ft tall and this is the lowest weight I can go and still look healthy and maintain curves. Apparently for my height I should be 7st 4lbs...my bones weigh more than that!!! X

    Grapefruits are a nightmare! Lol, I used to cut it in half then get a veg knife and cut the edges of the segments until they come free. Time consuming, but once it's done it's done! X

    Is it wrong to weigh yourself at home?

    Hiya, I stopped weighing myself for a couple of reasons, it depresses the life out of me and my scales are never right! If I weigh on carpet it differs from when I weigh on hard floors. So I don't trust it! Apparently our weight changes by + or - 2lbs everyday. So I only do it at group :) x
