    I used to drink 2-3 cans a day on average. Now I drink around 2 a week having replaced it with water - 2-3 litres a day I cant get enough of it haha! I havent seen a massive difference with my weight, but I have less headaches, am less bloated and I'm a lot less.. err.. windy!

    I hardly ever come on here anymore for precisely this reason. People seem more interested in starting arguments and picking peoples responses to pieces than what it is actually for - a friendly helpful support for people - many of whom do not attend class or use the sw online. Such a shame.

    Love the attitude! Every 1lb lost is chipping away at goal and believe me they all add up. My average is 1lb per week. I wasnt happy with this until one week I PUT ON a 1lb, from then on I was happy with any loss at all!! 9lb lost since xmas is fab well done :D

    Ladies, my average is just under 1lb per week. Everybody wants to lose weight fast but the recommended amount is 1-2lb per week. If you lose at this rate you are more likely to keep it off for the long run, less likely to have excess skin etc. You really are doing fab.

    Feel like I've done well this week, but dont think I will lose anything cos its * week. Disappointing, especially after you know you've had a good week but what can you do! The joys of being a woman :)

    What superfree have you eaten today?

    From looking at this list I dont think I'm eating ENOUGH!! Didnt think I'd ever have to say that.... Only usually have 2 or 3 pieces of fruit per day, hate salad, and have a couple of different types of veg with my tea. I dont generally feel very hungry after what I'm currently eating!

    I lost 2.5lbs, SO happy with that!! And I got slimmer of the week :) I think I am going to try and tackle my addiction... hows about weighing myself every other day to start with haha. Or should I just go cold turkey?

    Wow carriebrad well done! I'm aiming for 2 stone by christmas so you are now my inspiration! I lost 2.5lbs last night so really chuffed, 4lbs in 3 weeks is a (very) steady weightloss so I have to be happy with that :) Oh and I got SOTW last night yay!

    I tend to use my syns on things like butter on my toast, ketchup/mayo, extra milk, gravy etc, things to enhance my meals. But I have been known to have the odd packet of wotsits :)

    I have a treat meal after weigh in. I don't go crazy just have what I fancy with a bar of choc or whatever I fancy for afters. But then I leave it there. I also only do this if I've had a loss. I look forward to it all week haha.

    Personally I find going the the group (and having the fear of weight in) gives me more motivation and willpower than doing it by myself. But everyones different. If you feel you have the motivation then go for it. You can pretty much find all the support and help you need on here anyways! :)

    I'm quite new to this but also have found green days to be better than EE due to the healthy extras issue. I tend to have cereal for breakfast so on EE that would take all of my healthy extras, and im left struggling for what to make for lunch at work! Do people find mixing the days up work...
