    Asda do a Chick Pea Dahl that comes in a tin and is free on Green and EE. It is absolutely gorgeous with a baked potato or if you are in a hurry have it with some cous cous. It is a great thing to have in the cupboard for when you want some proper tasty carbs.

    Yeah I agree with the majority here - restricting too much might make you feel deprived. I call it the "All or nothing approach" and I think that is the reason why I weigh the same as I did 10 years ago even though I have been on a diet the entire time (apparently)!

    Evening all. I lost another 2lbs this week which got me to my first stone which I am really chuffed with. I now have 5 stone to lose rather than 6 and that feels ace! Hopefully after another 7 weeks I will be able to say it is only 4 stone. :)
