    Another knotch down

    So pleased, today I had to tighten my belt another notch and am now official slimmer than I have been for 2 years. Doubly not bad when you consider I had to loosen it out and was in danger of it not doing up a few weeks before starting

    Struggling today :-(

    I found the last couple of days of my first week really hard but I can promise you week 2 is a different story. Seeing the results of that first, nightmare week on the scales and ketosis settling own make it so much easier. Stick at it and good luck for weigh in

    worst time of week!

    Jill I know how you feel today, dh and the girls had pizza and homemade choc chip cookies for a Sat night treat and I so wanted some. Somehow a chicken soup just wasn't the same Just keep reminding myself it will be worth it in the end Oh and having another glass of water

    I'm the same as you stress makes me want to eat something but what I have come to recognise is that it's an emotional response. I have a cup of earl grey or a glass of water and try and think about my breathing instead The test will be if I can do the same when I am off lipotrim

    struggling on day one lipotrim

    They do get better honestly, I hated them at first and had to force myself to drink them. I blitz mine with a hand blender and it does help the texture

    Had my first weigh in today and I have lost 7lbs, not bad considering I'm also having period from hell Time to crack on with week 2

    I like the chicken soup too so you're not alone. Also good because its easy to take to work and it just looks like you're having a cuppa soup for lunch so no awkward questions

    Day 5 and so hungry

    Thanks for all your advice, think it might be because I'm stuck in the house today but I have stayed strong. On a more positive note I have just realised I am on day 6 not 5 so every cloud and all that!
