Hi I'm a new member too, my friend told me about the VLCD, on my third day now and it's going ok. I just keep thinking of what I would like the end result to be.
I'm trying to only weight myself once a week to try and keep motivated but it's been three days now and I might be imagining it but think my clothes feel looser
