Hi all, I've currently been ss on and off and lost 6st of my 8st target but I now have loose skin and my confidence is dropping. If I join the gym to help tone up are we allowed/is it advisable? I thought I may increase my calorie intake on the days I go. Thanks peeps x

I've been on this diet now for 8 weeks and at times I've felt it hard going especially for those nights out, meals with family, not to mention the lack of vodka!!! I really think it's one of the hardest diets going, I've tried weight watchers, slimming world etc BUT whilst the hardest it is also...

    Everythings changed, help!

I had 8st 2lbs to lose, my BMI was 45, I started the first week on step 2, as the book says, then went straight onto ss for the second week as I was feeling absolutely fine. I was the same, I didn't want to eat food at all, a nibble of this, a nibble of that and it wouldn't have worked for me...

    My biggest worry..

My consultant swears by the body shop range of body butter so I've been applying that everytime I get out of the shower and I swim twice a week. As well as drooped ;) my boobs have reduced and look all wrinkly in my bra! I used to enjoy having a bit of a cleavage, now I just cover up! I...

    My biggest worry..

I can't seem to get it out of my head and I'm constantly worrying that I'm going to end up with saggy skin. I've lost 2 and a half stone in 8 weeks so far and although I'm drinking lots of water the tops of my legs look 'wrinkly'. I still have 5 and a half stone to go.. :( x

    Business lunch - help required!!

Your boss sounds very supportive of you, which I think is fantastic! My boss (on my first day on CD) bought a chip shop dinner and ate it in front of me - the office smelt so good but I was so mad! LOL! I don't think fish and salad will be a problem. Good luck hun :) x

Exercise on SS.. Can we/can't we?

I can't see anything on here that talks about exercising. On step one and weigh 17.3 stones. When are we able to do any kind of exercise? I walk everyday taking the girls to school and back but it ain't exactly far! Are we able to do a three mile walk etc? x

    2nd weigh in!

I honestly thought I hadn't lost any weight this week but I'm pleased (kind of) to say I've lost 2lbs.. I keep telling myself every little helps. I wasn't surprised because I lost 9lbs the first week but I was secretly hoping for more! Maybe next week I'll have a bigger loss! x

Feeling hungry in 2nd week of Cambridge Diet

Hi, I'm part way through my 2nd week too! I've got myself into a little routine where I'll drink a full pint of water every 3 hours inbetween meal times. I drink tea still throughout the day but I've found by sticking to it I don't ever feel hungry (even if my tummy grumbles at me!) x

    What am I doing wrong?

Thank you so much, I'll persevere with it because I really want to succeed. I've got myself into a regular routine of drinking the water (basically drinking a pint every three hours between meal times so I'm never feeling hungry) so I know I'm having the full amount.. I guess you read and are...

    What am I doing wrong?

Hi all, I started the diet on the 30th August 2011, due to my BMI I started on step 2. Had my first weigh in on Monday and lost 9lbs in one week. Weighed myself this morning (my scales do match my consultants) and I've lost nothing since. I've stuck completely to the diet and I do the school...
