    hiya, well the cambridge book does say that ketosis can be established. However, ketosis or not, weight loss is inevitable due to limited amount of calories you are putting into your body.

    Flying & Boiled Sweets? Ears.....

    Have worn them for whole flight, would not recommend it, actually gives you sore ears! What I do is put them in before take off and then out after 15/20mins, then back in again before landing 30mins when they give warning. Have had long haul journeys doing it this way and has been fine.

    tortilla wrap soup

    hello all.. have tried making crisps and it inspired me a little...can you make tortilla type wraps with the soup? It'll be like one giant crisp and some crisps can come out softish. So i was thinking it may be possible! anyone tried it??
