    I would tend to agree that if you exercise too vigorously during rapid weight loss then it will have a negative effect, the body cannot sustain too much attack. i think it would be safe and logical to slowly up exercise when entering refeed, and if you have been bad a had a little too much then...

    Yeah I would agree that this site keep you going, 1st time Ive done this, dont like to read about the struggles especially in week 4, but I suppose its better to be prepared for things to come, im on ly in week 1 and Im waiting for my high, hope it comes soon xx

    dont feel guilty for having something, instead just think of it as a test. congratulate yourself for being 100% for 6.5 days and get back on track later on and tomorrow.
