    Extra easy but struggling!

I think the best way of looking at it is that mullerlights are SYN FREE foods, fat free natural yoghurt is FREE food. Fill your plate 1/3 with superfree (and eat anytime too), eat free food freely for the rest of you plate (such as dried pasta, potatoes, eggs, etc.) and also anytime - with no...

    getting my actifry today

I'm on my second actifry and now have the family sized one. I find that whilst chips are better than doing them in the oven using the frylight option, they are FAR better with a little oil in the machine. I use about tablespoon - I use a measuring spoon - the one it comes with is bigger I think...

    Sausages

Thanks so much for looking. I'm not sure that is them, these ones didn't have cheese in and are frozen. On the packet they are Glamorgan sausages with leek, onion and cauliflower. They're vegan so no dairy in them. The nutritional details are as follows per sausage: 117 kcal 3.3g protein...

    Losing my stickers?

How strange, what reason do they give for not giving you new ones? It can't be cost surely? And it's not like you haven't earnt it! Maybe they think you'll sell them on the black market! :D

    Losing my stickers?

A sheet of stickers cost pence to produce so even if you had 50 stickers to replace I can't see why they would object. You are giving them plenty of money each week to cover it! Unless you want stickers you haven't earnt! :D

monday morning at home weigh in

It was 1lb off for me this week. Well done everyone who lost. I'm starting to get complacent about the odd things slipping into my mouth which may be taking me slightly over the syns (or very close to upper limit) or starting off as green day and changing part way to red/EE and not being...

Thinking about xmas food and sw!!

My plan (hoping it works) is first to look at my recent losses and work out hope long it might take me to lose whatever I might gain. Currently it may be about a pound per week - I don't want to be put back any more than 3 weeks. So no more than a 3 lb gain is acceptable to me. Therefore I can...

    DOING SW FROM HOME???

Well I get a large onion maybe another half too, 2 celery sticks, 2 largish carrots, whizz them up in my mini chopper - this is a classic soffrito so it quite authentic in Italian cookery. Roast Chicken stopping weight loss

Wow, what a thread! Just read from beginning to end! Keeping to the chicken thing I used to have a rotisserie in my oven just like the supermarkets. Only held on large chicken, lol, before anyone is picturing a deli counter in my house! Anyway, I used to take a chicken from a packet shove it...

    1lb a Week?

    1lb a Week?

10! I wish! When I started I was carrying at least 70 of them more than I should! No wonder I was (am) so exhausted. :d Still, I've shed 23 of them... Just 47 or so more to go! :)

    DOING SW FROM HOME???

Hi, can I join in? I do SW from home - this is the start of my 13th week (weigh in on Mondays). 14.7 stone to now!

We have similar height/start/goal stats so it was a real insipiration looking at your photos. I start to wonder then what significance the total loss will have and then I saw your photos - it...

    1lb a Week?

I like this thread. I fell off the SW wagon about 3 years ago - gained about 1.5 stone in that time (ok had another baby during that time) all because i thought it wasn't coming off quick enough. That was until I decided enough was enough, what stuck in my memory when I did go to class 3 years...

Your non-negotiable food (or I CAN believe it's not butter)

:) The 'your' wasn't actually directed at you but more of a generalised statement that people could have homecooked style of what you refer to as junkfood if that is what they know they will continue to do. But as you say they can reject it all together ( or near enough) :D like you say what...

Your non-negotiable food (or I CAN believe it's not butter)

Ah now it depends, I think. Your non-negotiable food (or I CAN believe it's not butter)

Sorry think you got me wrong... The kfc is ok it's simply breadcrumbed chicken that tastes similar to kfc, this is quite a normal use for food, similarly if a recipe calls for yogurt there's no problem for me using FF yoghurt if it is still tasty... Substituting low fat versions of the SAME...

Your non-negotiable food (or I CAN believe it's not butter)

I think it has to be fake recipes... you know the ones where you use some strange ingredients to try and make it to be something else, like scan bran to make cakes, mushy peas as a base for curry, making a White sauce without flour i.e only using FF fromage frais... It isn't right, quite often...

    Zumba!! :D

Couldn't agree more - the good thing about Zumba is that it is dance based and being a 'skinny-minnie' doesn't mean you'll be good. In mine, there are plenty of slender ladies that are just as unco-ordinated as me! I don't feel out of place at all and I am DREADFUL at the moment. Still want to...

Can i eat a full quiche?

Absolutely my point. Depending how much of an over-eater you are will determine at what point you start to STS. But I do feel that if you 100% food optimise AND stop when you're full then it shouldn't be much of an issue. I think eating when you're NOT hungry is a problem but satisfying true...
