    So quick menu for today was... Breakfast - muller light, apple and coffee Lunch - chicken tikka pieces with salad Dinner - sw sausage hotpot with green beans This is a fairly standard type of menu for me, is it ok? I like special k red berries, could i add that to the breakfast?
