    Well its not been to bad altogether! I have allowed myself some chocolate, so I will be a little bit over today. But still between 500-600, so not a major disaster! Have managed to keep myself very busy by doing about 6hours of painting. That's hopefully burnt off some calories.

    Good luck, the change Will be good for you! Myfitnesspal is a brilliant site. I lost about 3 stone using it last year. Stopped just before Christmas and havnt managed to control my eating since. I'm the opposite, always calorie counting but I'm trying out ww at the moment to get back on track...
