    sounds a bit strange but i add cream cheese to mushroom stroganoff came about after i forgot yogurt creme fraiche etc one day. i slow cook my mushroom in sauce then just before serving add around 50g to mix 4 syns for philly light so just divide by portions for syn value and its lovely. :-)

    hi hun im not sure id freeze the white sauce * id make up the lasagne without freeze that but add white sauce before cooking. im not sure how well the white sauce would be once defrosted. it could be trial and error make a small one with sauce freeze it and see how it works out. good luck
