    breakfast- 2 egg omlette with cheddar lunch- ham salad with just lettuce and cucumber dinner-haddock portion with veg probably brocoli & cauli drinking lots of water does this seem ok ? as i only started the diet on monday, thanks jo

    Just curious..What is your favorite CD product?

    i love the banana and choc tetras, i keep them in ther freezer and take one out about an hour before i want it so it goes nice and soft, also love the cranberry bars

    i feel cold all the time, i dont mind it too much, but i look like an old bag lady shuffling round the house in my old cardi , will be good in the summer (if we get any) everyone will be boiling i will be as cool as a cucumber :p

    good luck you are exactly the same weight as me when i started on cd, i have never been able to stick with diets before but apart from a couple of bad days i have stuck with it and have lost 2 stone, the first 2 weeks are the worst but it does get easier,

    i quite like the mushroom and the chick and mushroom, i sprinkle a bit of parsley on them to add a bit more taste,not heard of anyone yet that likes the cheese and brocolli

    i hated the diet at first didnt like the shakes, the soups were ok but i then got fed up of those, but it does get easier if you can find something that you really like, have you tried the choc and bannana tetras frozen, they are lovely and take a long time to eat so you think you are having...

    sorry to hear that you are struggling with the diet, you are not alone i hated the shakes, so i went on to just the soups which were ok, but then i got fed up with those so now each day i have one bannana and one choc tetra frozen, i keep them in the freezer and take one out about an hour before...

    im at the same stage as you, and have struggled the last week, maybe its a week 4 thing,just put it behind you, its a new month and you could easily lose a stone this month,

    you have done so well already in 2 weeks,so just draw a line under the couple of days and start a fresh its a new month, just think you could loose a stone this month if you stick with it, my cdc has even admitted to me that they fell of the wagon about once a month and still managed to loose 4...

    40 in august so dont want to be fat and 40 !!!! want to be able to shop for clothes in any high street shop, not just evans for health reasons, as im getting on a bit i dont want to end up with many of the problems/illness that being over weight can cause

    i tried the cranberry crunch bars today they are to die for,i would love to have one a day whilst on ss, but i seem to remember reading you should limit the bars to only 3 a week or was i imagining it? would one a day be too many?

    hi jus i am also on day 3 of ss, and like you have pcos which as you will know makes weight loss slow, but stick with it and look to the future, in a few months time it will all be worth it :)
