    Same here, I had 7 Tetra's (one a day) in my first week and was in Ketosis by the 3rd day. I don't think they're any higher in carbs than a normal shake?!

    I think that's a really good idea! I tend to have my first at 9, second at 1 then 3rd at 6 - 7. I'm sure it doesn't matter when you eat them in terms of weight loss but I think it's better to get into a healthy routine.

    I've done Scottish Slimmers 3 times and every time I've lost and regained it all back and then some. I think my finishing weigh in 2011 (when I gave up!) was the same as my starting weight in 2008! Quite depressing! I'm hoping the VLCD will get me there quick enough before I lose interest...

    Hello and welcome :) good luck with slimming world seems like lots of people really love the diet as it's so flexible. For exercise DVDs I swear by 30 day shred, you can do 20 minutes, 40 minutes or a full hour. It's circuit based so mixes up cardio, weights and abs.
