Hi i will be starting the Dukan diet on Monday so need to get a shopping list done first. Can anyone tell me what yoghurt or oatmeal i should buy for the attack stage of the diet. I live in Ireland so not sure what yoghurts are the right ones? I will probably shop in Tesco so any...
