i havent done the diet but i dont think it does you still need to drink the 2-3 litres a day.. on top of your shakes..x

No its crap but i live in a small town the nearest place to me is newcastle but i'm not gona travel for 2hrs to get weighed..xx

only 400 a day? i'm only asking cos i cant do the chemist program i'm just gona do maintenance program but for 3 shakes a day its bout 535 cal aday do you think it will be alrite to do it cos it do say you should eat after shakes but really want to lose the weight NOW.... by the way well done on...

firstly well done on your weight loss... i think it is the maintenance ones but it said you could use these if you only had 3st to lose so i'm gonna give it go as there is no chemist arond me that do it. sarah
