    I thought I'd come back to update you. I did CWP last year, as I needed to lose weight for IVF. My BMI went from 46 to 28 at one point! Anyway, I've just finished my IVF, and I've found out I am pregnant! Whatever your goal or dream is, stick with it, it's so, so worth it!

    Water consumption??

    CWP only recommend 2.25l as a minimum, I always aim for that and only drink more if I am thirsty. Don't get caught up in think you need to drink more to lose weight, that's not true x

    Are you thirsty enough to drink 4L of water a day? CWP recommend 2.25L, and there isn't any real scientific proof that drinking more will make you lose more. I'd only drink more than the recommended amount if I was thirsty. I'd step up to SS+ or Step 2, see how you go with that x

    I got a free sample and have tried it. If you like rice pudding and the vanilla shakes, then you will probably like it. I like neither, and didn't like it. It's a bit of a fath to make, it says to soak for 10 mins, but I would let it soak longer than that, the rice was still a little firm.

    Definitely avoid the carbs, and i would be really careful with the alcohol, it can be really dangerous to have alcohol when you are in ketosis.     Good luck! I am a wedding photographer, and I see a lot of brides slim down for their wedding and they love their photos afterwards! You can do it! I wish I had slimmed down for my wedding 10 years ago, but I didn't know about CWP then!
