    unlimited fruit !

    I generally stick to 3 portions of fruit and 2 / 3 portions of veg. I could quite easily eat a couple of bananas and a huge bowl of strawberries and ditto grapes in one sitting - but I would feel guilty after, no matter how 'free' they are meant to be! As per previous comments, common sense...

    no weight lost !

    My weight on a weekly basis is SO unstable - I've given up taking it seriously. At times it varies by up to 6lb in one day!! Unfortunately us women do suffer with fluctuating weight with PMS, water retention etc etc. If you FEEL slimmer that is the main thing, essentially weight loss is not...
