    It is difficult, and I am embarressed about it, just because I hate being awkward...but I work so hard at the diet, not to mention the expense of it, that I feel I can't jeopardise it.     It is tricky...I'm not bothered about the not eating, more about offending dinner hosts. We are going to a dinner party on Saturday...I've explained about the diet, and will just whip up a soup in their kitchen and eat it with a spoon from a bowl whilst the others eat. Good luck!
